Unfortunately due to the recent resurgence of COVID-19 in states like Victoria and NSW, we are experiencing delays once again throughout Australia.
We want you to know that we’re working through all orders as fast as we can; and we’ll be sending email confirmations by the end of the week. If you’re waiting on an order, rest assured that as soon as it’s ready we’ll send an email to you.
Once your order has been dispatched from stores, please allow 48 hours for scans to show on the relevant carrier’s website.
We are unable to update your order once dispatched. If you need to make a change to your delivery details please contact the courier directly. This is the fastest and most effective way to request a change once the order has been dispatched. You will see a link to the courier in your email.

Our Express Post service through Australia Post will continue to be our fastest postal delivery option for our customers, and we'll continue to prioritise these deliveries. They just may not be delivered next business day every time after order is processed.
